District 24
District 24
Tammi Didlot is a third-generation farmer, retired small business owner, and lifelong conservative with deep roots in Southwest Oklahoma. Raised on a farm and ranch in Jackson County, Tammi learned the values of hard work, faith, and personal responsibility from an early age. She now lives in Moore, where she and her husband have called home for more than 25 years.
Tammi owned and operated a background screening and drug testing company while staying active in the family farm operation—raising cattle, wheat, and cotton. A proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, Tammi was the first in her family to earn a college degree and has since created a scholarship for other first-generation students to pursue their dreams.
Tammi is a former president of both the Oklahoma CattleWomen and American National CattleWomen. She’s been a leading advocate for Oklahoma agriculture and a strong supporter of youth in leadership programs like the Oklahoma Youth Expo and the Oklahoma Youth Leadership Encounter.
Whether in business, agriculture, or community involvement Tammi Didlot has always stepped up to serve others. Now, she’s stepping up again—to fight for Oklahoma’s future in the State Senate. This season of her life affords her the time to dedicate her efforts to advancing the interests of her district and the state.
Faith has always guided Tammi’s life, and she will bring those same values to the State Senate. She supports pro-life policies, advocates for religious liberty, and prioritizes parental rights. Tammi also emphasizes support for members of the military and first responders. This stems from being the wife and daughter of veterans. She is dedicated to ensuring that educational and governmental environments reflect Oklahoma’s longstanding commitment to faith, family, and freedom.
As a lifelong cattle rancher and crop producer, Tammi knows firsthand the challenges Oklahoma farmers face. She believes in protecting private property rights and our food supply which starts with defending those who produce it. That means stopping foreign governments from buying up our land, keeping productive agricultural acreage in use for farming instead of covering it with solar projects, and ensuring the public hears the truth about how food is grown and raised—not the misinformation pushed by activists who’ve never set foot on a farm.
Tammi supports an “all of the above” energy strategy that keeps Oklahoma strong and independent. She believes renewable energy should be developed responsibly and without taking valuable farmland out of production. She will oppose mandates and utility policies that drive up electric bills for families and small businesses, and she’ll work to ensure that energy development benefits our communities instead of burdening them.
A proud graduate of Oklahoma public schools and a wife of a retired educator, Tammi believes every child deserves the best education possible—and that means giving parents the power to choose what works best for their family. She will support teachers who make a difference in the classroom, while pushing back against one-size-fits-all mandates that ignore the unique needs of students. For Tammi, education should be about preparing the next generation for success, not advancing political agendas.
Tammi built and ran a successful business, so she understands the obstacles entrepreneurs face. In the State Senate, she will fight to create an environment where small businesses can thrive by cutting red tape, opposing new taxes, and ensuring economic development happens with local input and transparency. She believes government should be a partner in economic growth—not a roadblock.
With years of experience in background screening and drug testing, Tammi understands the delicate balance between privacy and safety. She will fight to protect personal and student data from misuse, ensuring that government technology never shields wrongdoers or compromises the rights of law-abiding citizens. For Tammi, safeguarding privacy is non-negotiable.
